Use rational thought and common sense to solve issues of the day. As challenging situations arise it is important that we keep your cool. How we do this is to stay rational in our thoughts and feelings and not let them get out of control. Staying calm keeps us in control and lets our rational brain come up with solutions rather than focus on the emotional aspect of the issue. So when something unexpected arises like a flat tire, accident or confrontation take a deep breath and focus on what will best help you get through the situation. Anger, frustration and negative thoughts do not help but instead block your natural common sense to deal with the moment.
